Terms of Use

Let’s keep this simple: use this site respectfully, don’t steal stuff, and we’ll all get along just fine.

By using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, feel free to close the tab and go pet a dog instead.

1. Who We Are

This site is owned and operated by Merit-based Business, Inc., based in Colorado. If you have any questions, you can email us at meritk@pm.me.

2. What You Can and Can’t Do

All content on this site—videos, downloads, images, copy, programs, etc.—belongs to us (unless we say otherwise). You’re welcome to view and enjoy it for personal use, but don’t copy, sell, modify, or republish it without written permission.

In short: no funny business.

3. Intellectual Property

Our name, logo, brand phrases (like “Open Minds Close Deals”) and original materials are legally protected. Don’t use them without permission. If we accidentally use something that belongs to you, email us and we’ll make it right.

4. Site Info and Accuracy

We try our best to keep everything current and helpful, but we make no promises that everything will always be accurate or error-free. Use the content at your own discretion.

5. Communication

If you opt in to our email list or download something, you’ll likely hear from us. You can unsubscribe anytime—no drama.

6. Submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, love letters, or memes—we may use them, and we don’t owe you compensation for that. (But we do appreciate the creativity.)

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your info. Spoiler: we don’t sell your data. Ever.

8. Third-Party Stuff

Sometimes we link to or use tools run by other companies (like Stripe, Vimeo, or Zoho). We’re not responsible for what they do, so check their policies if you’re concerned.

9. Disclaimer

We can’t guarantee that you’ll get results from anything you buy, download, or learn here. Your success depends on what you do with the material. Also, this site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limits of Liability

We won’t be liable for any damages that result from using this site—direct, indirect, or just plain weird. Basically: use the content at your own risk.

11. Legal Stuff

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, and any legal action must take place in Colorado courts. If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest still stands.

12. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site, you accept the current version.
